BFCC PROTEST THIS MONDAY EVENING
The Bio Fuel Citizens Committee are planning a protest to be organized in the parking lot of the Township building on Church St. in Elmira. Between 6:15 and 6:30 would be ideal prior to the start of the televised Council meeting Monday at 7 pm.. Signs and placards are welcome and the purpose is to demonstrate the level of opposition to the M.O.E.'s recent decision to proceed with the proposed location on Martin's Lane in Elmira.

Good initiative. Probably should have been organized a long time ago given the MOE approvals are in for BioEn. I am saddened by this news. Sounds like Elmira is going to again suffer the effects of air pollution like a turn of the century piss poor town. I wish those luck who can attend. Thanks to all of our elected officials in the town and the province who want to shit on Elmira for a millionth time. Too bad its the citizens who have to rally and not our paid politicians.
