The Risk Assessment of the Canagagigue Creek has some dependence upon upstream creeks and other sources of contamination. In other words Larches Creek, Bolender Creek (and Landfill), Shirt Factory Creek, Landfill Creek (& First St. Landfill) plus Varnicolor's Lot 91 all have an impact upon the downstream creek. It also goes without saying that Uniroyal/Lanxess do as well. Therefore sites that have not been recently tested and proven clean will continue to exacerbate conditions in the Canagagigue Creek despite what a self-serving Risk Ass... may say.
