A DIFFERENT BIOGAS PUBLIC MEETING

In today's Woolwich Observer Pg.8 we have this notice of a public meeting in regards to the Biogas proposal. It will be held on Tuesday November 30/10 from 5-8 pm.at Lion's Hall 40 South St. W. Elmira. I find the timing to be a little strange. Our new Municipal Council are sworn into office a week later. This is similar to our current CPAC holding their meeting on Monday November 29/10. Again a week later we have a new Council on the scene.
