CARSHARE COMING TO ELMIRA

In theory at least, environmentalists aren't supposed to like cars. That being said my wife and I own a small fuel efficient vehicle that serves our needs admirably. The Elmira Independent on December 1/10 carried a story about the expansion of Grand River Carshare into Elmira.
