CONTINUED "POKING THE BEAR" NECESSARY WHEN TRUE EFFECTIVE PUBLIC CONSULTATION DOESN"T EXIST

I mean seriously would you allow a person on trial to unilaterally pick (or buy) their own jurors? Would you permit a charged drunken driver to insist that only active alcoholics be permitted on his jury? Then how is it possible that we allow all the guilty parties in Elmira, Ontario to be fully in charge of the cleanup and public consultation regarding the 1989 Elmira Water Crisis? It is nuts! ..................................................................................................... I have recently sent communications to Lanxess, MECP, Woolwich Township, Region of Waterloo and lastly to TAG. The first four might be interpreted as a little snarky however the last one to TAG was not. It congratulated four or five members for suggesting or asking whether there were data gaps on the Stroh property. Of course there are but whether or not TAG's concerns will 1) get to RAC 2) be ignored by RAC 3) never get past RAC to Lanxess/MECP is anybody's guess. ............................................................................................................................ I mentioned (last Saturday?) Eric Hodgin's (RMOW) concerns regarding Stantec Engineering relying heavily on input from GHD (Lanxess's consultants). I wonder if TAG make an attempt to filter some of the information coming from both Lanxess and GHD. I believe that they do although it isn't always easy. My e-mails to Woolwich and Regional Councils indicated that I had zero expectations of either of them doing either the right thing or their due diligence as so called guardians of the public interest. Why after thirty-two years of manipulation, prevarication, subterfuge and worse behaviour from all the guilty parties should I be polite to professional liars? Even their public consultation has devolved to professionals in their field albeit donating their time however with little to no understanding of what has gone on over the previous thirty-two years and more!They are in the position of starting from scratch and thus handing proven professional manipulaters a clean slate to do what they do best which is not to seek truth or accuracy. .......................................................................................................................................... I have given both Lanxess and politicians something to think about. Maybe they are dumb enough or overconfident enough to think that I am bluffing.
