I'M BOOKED AS A DELEGATE AT THE SEPTEMBER 23/25 WOOLWICH COUNCIL MEETING

 

My topic will be the status of the Elmira drinking water aquifers. At the same meeting I am told that TRAC (Technical Remediation Advisory Committee)  also known by yours truly as Totally Rotten And Corrupt will be presenting an Update to Council. My expectation is that this update will be a glowing report on the professionalism, dedication, credentials and good looks of this committee of council. Likely numbers will be bandied about indicating how much NDMA and chlorobenzene have been removed from the Elmira Aquifers. My Delegation may differ somewhat from theirs.

It would appear to me that somebody with a brain cell or two have decided its' time after 36 years to make a few admissions and concessions. They have begun to realize that although I may be past my Best Before Date  I'm not dead nor in any mood to be so in the near future.  That is terribly inconvenient to the professional liars who have misled and deceived Woolwich citizens and residents since 1989 with a plethora of ridiculous lies and claims all magically minimizing the extent of the contamination and the extent of culpability of both Uniroyal Chemical and the Ontario Ministry of Environment (M.O.E.) who held their hand and blessed each of their poisonous activities.

This is why they are now admitting that Varnicolor's pollution was not what Stan Berger of the M.O.E. claimed namely a "...water pistol in a thunderstorm." There are yet further truths still hidden from the public that will be revealed including more than five chlorinated solvents being discharged into Elmira's municipal aquifers. The other recent truth revealed is that yes chlorobenzene DNAPLS did exist within the Elmira Aquifers near the Howard St. water tower as I have claimed for the last twenty years. This comes from Jesse Wright (Arcadis) at a TRAC meeting earlier this summer. The particular well he was discussing was the pumping well W4 intentionally placed beside the known but lied about subsurface DNAPLS at OW57-32R  also beside the water tower.

All in all these are interesting times. Somebody intelligent may actually be seeing what's coming down the pipe if they don't quickly fess up of their own volition. At the same time don't expect any apologies or kudos from the guilty parties coming either my way or the public's way.
