WOOLWICH COUNCIL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE FORMER MAYOR

Similar to the Mark Bauman case, Woolwich Council will not appear at the former mayor's upcoming Superior Court hearing in order to provide all evidence or clarification. Rather they again have advised the Township lawyers to take a hands off position which they refer to as nuetral or no advice. Therefore yet again a Township elected official who has violated the Municipal Elections Act will likely be restored to their position without the judge hearing both sides of the case. While I am the Applicant who requested a Compliance Audit I am not being called either as a Party, a Respondent or in any other capacity. Allegedly I will this time be informed ahead of time as to when this Superior Court hearing will take place.

According to Mr. Don Kidd, the Township's lawyer, "The Township position is that will take a nuetral position and defer to the judgement of the Superior Court judge before whom mayor Shantz's lawyers will be making an application and otherwise it will continue to meet it's stautory obligations".

What an incredible cop out. There is evidence that the former mayor knew prior to the March 27/15 filing deadline that her currently filed Financial Statement was wrong in numerous aspects. This Council by not presenting all evidence and witnesses to the Superior Court are knowingly aiding and abetting this travesty of justice.

  1. Looks like you failed again Alan. How much is this going to cost the township now? Way to keep wasting our resources.

  3. Wow good for you. I guess it's okay for you to give your opinion but no one else is allowed to give there's? Your comments are also rude. It's funny how you like to make allegations and rude comments but can't take it when someone challenges your opinion and comes off as rude.

  4. Nobody challenged my opinion. Nobody presented contrary facts. They simply wrote snotty comments and had nothing factual or intelligent to say. If you wish to disgaree with a specific comment/opinion/fact I've presented, feel free. If you wish to leave rude, irrelevant comments go elsewhere.

  5. You opinion was challenged with quotes right from your previous rants... FACT! You said in your May 28th post when you showed up late to the hearing: "Several Woolwich Staff including the Clerk were all present at the back of the courtroom obviously enjoying a paid holiday."

    Now in this article, "The Township position is that will take a nuetral position and defer to the judgement of the Superior Court judge before whom mayor Shantz's lawyers will be making an application and otherwise it will continue to meet it's stautory obligations".
    You wrote, "What an incredible cop out."

    Looks like they can't do anything right. No matter how they act, you spin it as a big conspiracy.

    This is FACT! Your words, not mine.

  6. Read my above posting more carefully, especially the two sentences after the "cop out" comment. They clearly explain why the Township are copping out.
    Regarding Woolwich Staff having a paid holiday that's exactly what they were having. No conspiracy there, just fact.

  7. Keep Working Mr. Marshall;
    The truth will make us free (John 8:32) The real reason why "the people" are in so much trouble and why our system(s) are all so corrupt is the fact that all conscious decisions we make are all either good or evil! and since "the whole world is under the power of the evil one" (John 5;19) AND 2nd Corinthians 4:4 Frankly it seems obvious to me that we "the people" are in big trouble and we need the truth to make us free! We deserve the truth all the time since we the people are NOT intended to be the servants.
